With TM Utility Ver.3.7.0 or later, user management, password, access code are unnecessary. Please upgrade to TM Utility Ver.3.7.0 or later. Firmware can not be updated for TM Utility Ver.3.6.0 and earlier. A package that contains an executable file and the firmware data will be downloaded. In the box at the bottom of this page, select a target version, then click on the Download button.
